Mr. Swartz began his legal career at the national trial firm, Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, where he defended institutional clients such as Coca-Cola, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Titan America, in catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions.

Mr. Swartz’s present practice focuses on commercial litigation. His legal professional experiences include, but are not limited to, handling general civil liability matters, business disputes, trial advocacy, and arbitration advocacy.
